Testimonials - Linda Green
Richard Poole
Author and Director of Health and Humanities Programmes for Central Africa
The first thing that strikes you about Linda when you meet her is the amount of positive energy that she radiates. You start to feel better the moment you are in her company, illustrating for those who may not know it that good health is contagious. Her instinctive interest in and compassion for others, everyone that she meets in fact, is a lesson to us all in care-giving, and it comes across as effortless. She is like the spring that gives of itself constantly, replenished by an unseen source. She is a natural educator, alert, attentive, insightful, generous and motivating, while always respectful of the sensitivities within. In brief, she is a rare and admirable combination of the practical and the spiritual in a complex and skeptical age.

I saw Linda Green in 2005 at a time when I was focusing on getting back to my full potential as a first team professional footballer after a long term serious injury and 18 months on the sidelines. At that time and after seeing numerous top doctors and specialists I was still not able to get back into the game and although I had great support from my manager I was seriously on the verge of packing it all in. My management team recommended that I had a session with Linda and I found the experience very enlightening. I really enjoyed working one-to-one with Linda and even though I don't really understand the full extent of what changed psychologically to affect my performance, what I do know is that ever since the session something massive has changed inside me. I feel great, I am back to full fitness and my footballing career has taken off to new outstanding levels of achievements! Thank you Linda"

Why Psych-K? For a good while, (maybe five to six years) I had lost my equilibrium in life. Whatever it was that I thought of as my compass - my direction home, was gone, and with that, largely my purpose. My experience of life no longer meant anything at all. My moods and feelings largely flat or depressed. I did not care what I was doing, what choices I made, because it was all of a 'muchness', everything had the same value to it. A friend of mine then told me about a book she was reading called "The Biology of Belief" by Dr Bruce Lipton and recommended it along with a website that detailed some of the key points of something called PSYCH-K™. I checked it out but found it all a bit 'thin' and that was where I left it for a while...
Some time later though, I got around to reading "The Biology of Belief" and could see it was opening up a whole new way of thinking about cellular biology and the effect that belief plays in connecting and transmitting information throughout the organism. At the end of the book it refers to the difficulty of changing beliefs consciously; as in perhaps, holding a 'positive mental attitude' like 'my life is great' or 'I'm losing that weight'. Dr Lipton explains why it is hard to do merely by thinking about it; because the sub conscious mind also needs to be in agreement and speaking the same language (which is unlikely). With this in mind, I went back to PSYCH-K™ and was recommended Linda Green.
Linda has an extremely generous nature and has been keen to support a number of educational initiatives that encourage young people to think in a more confident and self assured way. She has such a positive outlook to life that you can’t fail to respond to her encouragement and natural enthusiasm. She is a natural motivator who is using the science behind personal coaching to make a real impact on those she meets.

2005 - PSYCH-K™ weekend workshop
I wanted to thank you at and from so many levels. Your course has turned on the light switch in a way that no other course has. Even after studying Reiki, NLP, TLT, hypnotherapy, counselling and reflexology I still found myself searching for and 'knowing' that something would turn up that I really 'got' and which resonated with who I am and how I perceive my world. It was great to experience a training that encompassed so much of where I'm at and what I'm about and to be trained by people who 'get it!' and have a passion for what they are doing. That really came across and your integrity is beautiful. -
